粒子法流体仿真软件shonDy
舜云粒子法流体仿真软件shonDy是一款基于无网格粒子法的三维流体多物理场数值仿真软件。用户输入CAD几何模型后,设置刚体运动模式、流体属性等后即可快速启动计算,无需复杂网格划分。由于该软件摆脱了仿真流程中复杂网格的束缚,使数值模拟获得了更大的自由度,在模拟带有溅射等复杂自由液面工程问题上有天然优势。
shonDy is a meshless, particle-based fluid simulation software. It can simulate various physical properties of fluids within a three-dimensional space. Users can easily launch a simulation once they imported their CAD geometry models, configure the movements of the bodies, and set up the physical properties of the involved fluids. In comparison to many other CFD software, shonDy does not require mesh generation for the simulation domain. Without mesh constraints, it is much more flexible in many simulation scenarios. It has particular advantages in simulating free-surface scenarios such as splashing and spraying and when moving bodies are involved.

一/三维热管理软件shonTA
舜云热分析软件shonTA是基于一维热网络与三维有限元热网络方法的热分析软件,是已知市场范围内唯一一个可以用于电驱动系统级一维与三维瞬态热平衡计算的软件,可以计算电机绕组等部件的三维温度分布和系统热平衡。shonTA软件可以模拟变速箱和电机的发热、机械部件的导热、接触传热和最终热阱等。该软件还可以与本公司的粒子法软件shonDy进行耦合计算,分析电机淋油冷却等,为新能源汽车传动系统热设计提供了新的工具和方法。
ShonTA is a thermal analysis software based on the thermal network method and the FEM method. It is the perfect solution for 1D and 3D transient modeling of electric drive systems. It can simulate for example the three-dimensional temperature distribution of windings or other parts of E-motors and give insights on the system’s situation when thermal balance has been reached. ShonTA can simulate the heat losses, contact heat transfer, heat conduction and heat sink in transmission systems and in E-motors. Additionally, it can be coupled with shonDy (particle based fluid simulation) and shonFlow. With shonDy oil splashing analysis in E-motors can be conducted to get heat transfer coefficients. Coupling shonTA and shonDy provides a new simulation tool and method for E-motors and electric vehicles. Together with shonDy fast 1D conjugate heat transfer (CHT) analysis can be done.

通用流体仿真软件shonFlow
舜云通用CFD软件shonFlow是一款基于有限体积法的流体力学仿真软件,可用于复杂流动的稳态和瞬态模拟,支持叶轮机械、桨叶、风扇等旋转机械流场的仿真计算,支持流体与固体之间的共轭传热,可用于分析结构物的换热效率。shonFlow支持二维和三维的结构化,非结构化网格,可读取CGNS,OpenFOAM等格式。支持常用的湍流模型(k-epsilon, SST, SA)。
shonFlow is a general-purposed computational fluid dynamics software based on the finite volume method. It allows you to simulate complex flows in both steady and transient state. It offers tools to analyze rotating machines including turbines, pumps and fans. For thermal management, shonFlow features a state-of-art conjugate heat transfer (CHT) model to simulate fluid and solid at the same time without the need to generate mesh separately and do the mapping on the CHT interface. shonFlow works perfectly together with shonMesh as a preprocessor to quickly generate computational meshes.
